In business for 10 years in the Nanaimo area, Brady’s Powder Coating Ltd. provides powder coating services along with sandblasting for a wide a variety of industries. However, after a decade of work, the original owners decided that the time had come to announce their retirement. Upon hearing this news, Hazelwood approached the company about a potential acquisition, and both parties entered into negotiations in early 2021.
We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Brady’s Powder Coating Ltd. In light of the merger, we made the decision to rebrand the company as TPC – The Powder Coaters Ltd. We welcome this fantastic organization to our group and we look forward to integrating their services into Hazelwood’s manufacturing division.
This acquisition expands our ability to serve our customer base, and the technological know-how the company brings to the table will allow Hazelwood to continue grow our footprint in the metal manufacturing industry.
